My First New Year

In Iceland
I had heard about the fireworks in Iceland. People told me what a great time I would have. People told me that I would get to see lot and lots of colorful fireworks. They were right! I did see a lot of colorful fireworks. Red, blue, green, gold, and silver all the different types of fireworks. I had fun and lots of fun.

After a big family dinner, we played with fireworks in our house! Yes I did play with fireworks in my house because I had these types of firework that explodes confetty. After that I went to see a huge bonfire in Reykjavik. There was quite a crowd there and everybody was in a party mood.

At 12:OO midnight, everybody was putting up fireworks. It was very colorful. I couldn‘t go to sleep because of the noise. It was so loud that i couldn´t hear my own voice. But still I had a great time and I hope that you did too. I can´t wait for next year!
